After being encouraged to join and hearing how great linkedin is, I've finally set up my account. I feel this will be a good tool to have because it's in a way promoting my skills and abilities and I can also connect with people I meet at various events. I've also found the job section quite useful because some of the opportunities advertised are to my taste so I will keep checking this. The next step is to get involved with group discussions that interest me as I'm sure this will extend my contact list.
