Enterprise & innovation; Location.


After not hearing back from the landlord about the previous property we had found on Gumtree I decided to search again to see if any different ones came up that may also appeal to our type of business. Out of the two I definitely prefer the top one because its in a perfect location (quite central) and the building inside looks quite modern and a suitable workspace for a design studio. It seems perfect because there is enough desk space for three people and there are three people within our design business. One of these desks is located on the ground floor which is suitable in the sense that there will always be someone on this floor monitoring the shop space. One of the main things that drew me to this location was the fact that the utility bills are included within the price and the price itself is actually quite reasonable. The windows are quite large so create the perfect frame to draw people in as they may see something and think they need to investigate more. During the nighttime this wouldn't be an issue because we could use blinds. The space also looks really well lit which is a plus because it will showcase the work quite well. There is also parking avaliable with this tenancy so we wouldn't have to worry about that.
